So How Does It Work?: Once you have checked Sean's availability for your event using the "contact" link located at top of page, a questionnaire regarding your needs can be filled out using the "event form" link also located at the top of page. Upon receiving this information, Sean will send a quote via email. If you express a desire to proceed, an invoice will be sent requesting a down payment of half to reserve the date and time for your event. The balance will be obtained at the conclusion of the event. The hourly rate plus travel and extra options if applied covers everything - there is no separate cost for guests at the event.

Payment: Payments can be made by check, cash, or PayPal (please contact for details). Checks can be made out to Caricatures! by Sean Platt.

All that is required of you, the customer, is adequate lighting (and/or shading if outdoors) and three chairs (standard size) per artist (for multiple artists). Drawn using an easel, the caricatures are on paper and are applied using permanent marker. Simply put, your guests sit down in front of the easel either individually or in groups, Sean draws their caricatures, and they take their caricatures to enjoy while the next person or group sits down. A 4' x 8' space is adequate for traffic around set-up. (More space could be needed if a line forms. Please plan accordingly! :¬)
