1) Zip bags fitted to paper to protect caricatures drawn at your event.

2) Signage specific to your event. Have your logo or name
represented on an 8.5" x 11" sign attached to Sean's easel. Use the standard copy (below) or customize it to your event.

Extra Options

1) Pre-printed border paper with logo or theme (black and white only). The border decoration is printed on the bottom of each caricature done at your event (e.g. wedding reception), providing a take-home memento for your guests. Please click on example for a larger view.

Travel

1st 50 miles (100 miles round-trip) of travel are free.
Additional mileage is billed at the current IRS rate of $.55/mile.
Departure address: 145 N. Broad St. Bremen, Ohio 43107*
Destinations more than 2.5 hours away will incur an additional cost of $50/half-hour above 2.5 hours (5 hours round-trip).

A More In-Depth Look

 

This year, try something new for your next event by hiring one of the Central Ohio's premiere caricature artists. Sean Platt is known for his professional style and classy approach and he is ready to bring top quality entertainment to your special occasion. Perfect for business events, church functions, wedding receptions, birthdays, and more, caricatures are entertaining to watch as they are drawn and they give guests unique mementos that they will hold onto for years to come.

 

So How Does It Work?: Once interest is expressed either by the "request booking" link above or by calling, Sean will send a form via email to gather more information about your event. Upon receiving this information, Sean will send a quote via email for your desired caricature services. If a desire is expressed to proceed, an invoice will be sent requesting a down payment of half to reserve the date and time for your event. The balance will be obtained at the conclusion of the event. The hourly rate plus travel and extra options if applied covers everything- there is no separate cost for guests at the event.

 

Payment: Payments can be made by check, cash, or PayPal.

 

All that is required by you the customer is adequate lighting (and/or shading if outdoors) and three chairs (standard size). Drawn using an easel, the caricatures are on 11" x 14" paper and are applied using permanent marker. Simply put, your guests sit down in front of the easel either individually or in groups, Sean draw's their caricature, and they take their caricature to enjoy while the next person or group sets down. A 4' x 8' space is adequate for traffic around set-up. (More space could be needed if a line forms. Please plan accordingly!:>)
