Entertainment Prices
(charged in 15 minute increments)

$100/hr/artist - more than 1 hour booking.
$120/hr/artist - 1 hour booking only.
 $120/hr/artist - hours worked after midnight.
 $75/hr - K-12 school fundraisers.Details.

Approx. 4-5 minutes per person, shoulders up.
Event Caricatures are in black and white. Color on request.
(Color best for smaller guest lists of 10-20 people, approx. 8 minutes per person. Not available for multiple artists.)


Travel - Up to 1 hour commute to event (and 1 hour commute from event) is included. Each additional hour of travel time is billed at $25/hour or $6.25/quarter hour each way. Example: event held 3 hours away from CBSP office would be $50 there plus $50 back to total $100 payment for travel time. Travel estimated using Google maps. Departure: Centerburg, Ohio 43011.


Minimum Hours - A minimum of 3 hours booked is required for events 2-3 hours away from CBSP office. A minimum of 5 hours booked is required for events 4-5 hours away from CBSP office.
 
 

 

Extra Options

Pre-Printed Border Paper - Popular for wedding receptions and other events, this option allows you to have a graphic printed on the bottom of the paper the caricatures will be drawn on (centered in approx. 1.5" h x 11" w space). For wedding receptions, a caricature of the bride and groom can be incorporated into the graphic. An 11" x 14" version of the bride and groom caricature will also be provided for framing and matting so guests can sign the mat around the caricature at the wedding reception- a great addition to the guest book!

$30 for border design plus $10/each hour booked.

$90 (instead of $30 border design fee) for the option of having the caricature of bride and groom in the paper border graphic and in a separate 11" x 14" format for guest signing. Black and white only.

The pre-printed border paper option isn't just for wedding receptions! It's also popular for advertising your business at a grand opening, advertising your school event, and much more.

Discount - K-12 school fundraisers
$75/hr plus travel, if applicable. Minimum of 3 hours.

Discount applies only for Sean and not for other artists who work for Caricatures! by Sean Platt.

A flat fee of $75/hr is paid by the school to Caricatures! by Sean Platt for Fall Festivals, Spring Carnivals, etc. Usually Sean receives a bucket from the school into which patrons put their tickets that they have pre-purchased at a ticket booth. Schools typically charge $10/face. At $10/face, schools can make up to $45/hr while adding great entertainment to their fundraisers.
